Call a real person about AI

There's no wrong question.

Everyone is being told to use AI. Almost nobody is being told what to do when it doesn't work. So we put a phone number on it. You call, and a real person picks up — asks what you're looking at, and stays with you until it works. No bot, no phone menu, no ticket number.

This is the whole thing.

We don't set up help desks for other companies. This is the help desk: one number, a person on the other end, and whatever you're stuck on. No dashboard, no login, no app to download.

What people call about

Anything you'd feel slightly silly asking anyone else.

There's no list of supported topics, because problems don't arrive in categories. These are just the ones that come up most.

  • Which model should I actually be using for this?
  • Will this run on the hardware we already have, or do we need something else?
  • Could this job be automated — and is it worth automating?
  • Where would AI genuinely help my business, and where would it just cost me money?
  • Why does it keep making things up, and how do I stop it?
  • Is it safe to put customer information into this?

Some calls end with a recommendation. If you need the hardware to run models inside your own building, that's L3M. If your team needs training rather than a single answer, that's Mentra. Neither is a condition of calling, and nobody will be transferred to a salesperson.

Why a person

Everyone else answers you with a bot. We answer with a person.

The industry's answer to "I need help with AI" is more AI — another chat window, another assistant, another thing to figure out. Ours is a person who picks up the phone. That's the whole idea, and it's what makes the technology feel human instead of the other way round.

Nothing to install

No download, no account, no password to reset. If the phone in your pocket can dial, you already have everything you need.

You don't need the words

You can't search for a problem you can't name. Talking to someone is the one place where "it's just doing something weird" is a perfectly good place to start.

They stay on the line

An article leaves you alone at step four. A person waits while you find the setting, then tells you what you're looking at — and hears it when you say you're lost.

Try it

Just call the number.

Bring whatever is going wrong — a tool that won't behave, a result you don't trust, or just the feeling that you're the only one who doesn't get it. Someone will pick up and work through it with you. If you'd rather write first, the addresses are below.
